Rare honey produced with nectar of Bramble flowers (blackberries), a plant attributable to different species of thorny rosaceae of the Rubus genus, particularly widespread in abandoned, rocky areas, near ruins and in the mountain pastures of the Madonie Park

Taste and Aroma
The product has a more or less dark amber color, with rapid crystallization, otherwise it has a liquid consistency, flavor of ripe fruit or jam, delicate scent

Property
Particularly indicated in the case of inflammations, flu states and in childhood diareements.

Uses in the kitchen
Excellent to combine with cheeses such as blue cheese such as gorgonzola, provolone and pecorino.
