Side dish Sicilian fennel sauce Giafar
This sauce based on Sicilian wild fennel has its origins from an intuition of Emir Giafar during the Arab domination in Sicily. It is ideal for flavoring couscous, tabbouleh, soups and vegetable soups. Perfect for giving more flavor to sauces, meat sauce, meat and fish main courses. Also to be used as a base for pasta with sardines.
