Grappa dell’Etna is obtained from the distillation of fermented marc of fine grapes, ripened on the slopes of Etna in the warm Sicilian sun.

The vines that contribute to obtaining the precious Etna Grappa are: Nerello Mascalese, Cataratto and Nerello Cappuccio.Nerello Cappuccio, with a good gustatory structure and a pleasantly fruity aroma, grows mainly in the provinces of Catania and Messina. Cataratto, an ancient Sicilian grape, has a good aromatic profile with light fruity and floral notes and a taste that tends to be soft. Nerello Mascalese, with its excellent aromatic complement and its elegance and personality, helps to give organicity to the whole, managing to create a distillate of great value, with a soft and harmonious taste.
