This Sulla Honey is produced by Sicilian Black Bees (Slow Food presidium since 2008).
Straw yellow in color, tending to ivory after natural crystallization (with rough and not very soluble crystals).
It has a not very intense smell with notes reminiscent of hay, a very delicate flavor and, in addition to being an excellent sweetener, it is a precious ally for both health and aesthetics.
