Poiatti is Italian pasta with 100% Sicilian wheat. It is produced in Mazara del Vallo with durum wheat grown and milled in Sicily.
Like the rustichelli but broken! The special bronze drawing makes the surface of this format rough and tasty, to better absorb the sauce and give a special flavor to each dish.
